Welcome to Fairfax Cryobank where we provide the highest quality donor sperm to our clients.  We take your satisfaction seriously and appreciate that the process of building your family using donor sperm is sensitive and emotional.  We stand behind the quality of our donors sperm and will work with you to resolve any complaint.

If your specimen does not meet our high specimen quality standard, your complaint will be handled by our knowledgeable staff to meet your needs.  All complaints are reviewed and resolved via our Quality Standard Coordinator who is sensitive to your needs, familiar with the specimen quality standards, and proficient in resolving all complaints.

Our Directors of Client Services as well as our President review the complaints to ensure that all clients are satisfied.
