What is your most memorable childhood experience? Going to summer camp in the Austrian Alps, hiking, struggling with German, and meeting girl friends for the first time when I was fourteen. What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? My brother. We have similar interests and like to do similar things. In some ways he is very similar to me, in others he is very different. What character traits do you admire in an individual? Friendly, optimistic, outgoing, intelligent, fun to be with, responsible. What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? Nothing comes to mind right now. I think most things are only funny when you are immersed in the situation having fun with your friends. I think one of the funniest movies I ever saw was "Sleeper" with Woody Allen. If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? I learned scuba diving a couple of summers ago and would like to do more of that in Tahiti. I would like to see Austalia and New Zealand and go back to Europe again. Italy was one of the best countries to see in Europe because of the culture and history. I'd like to go skiing in the Alps again. When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? A sense of wonder about the natural world and respect for others and a love of travel and adventure. | |||
