What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was while I was on vacation with my immediate family as well as my cousins. I have vivid memories of us all playing at the pool, splashing at each other and jumping off the diving board. The excitement and fun of that period without a care in the world was truly special. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my grandfather. I feel that I am a continuation of his legacy and here to finish some of the work he couldn’t complete, namely the transcription of his books then putting them online for the world to have access to his works. He is the most inspirational and highly accomplished figure in my family, and I have read his books and am in the process of transcribing one of them. His grandparents’ families built a school in Armenia many years ago before the genocide. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire kindness, generosity, and curiosity of life. I also admire grit and tenacity. It’s important to never give up regardless of the current circumstances. Most importantly honesty would be a trait I admire the most. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | The funniest thing I can remember ever happening to me was when I was doing squats at the gym and my pants ripped right in the middle of it and this girl I liked saw the whole thing. And then I got her phone number afterwards! |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel throughout Europe, especially along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. I would also visit Australia and New Zealand since they have one of the cleanest environments left on the planet. I would also like to visit Argentina, the Chilean coast, and the Amazon. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | First, I would like to pass down my patience, intelligence, and faith. I would also like to pass on to them my business and lifelong collections. Last but not least I would like to pass down my Armenian cultural values and traditions to maintain the future existence our people. |
