What is your most memorable childhood experience?My most memorable childhood experience is when my family would go to the beach for a long weekend during the summer. This would be a big family event because my cousins and aunts and uncles would meet us there. It gave me a chance to become close to my extended family. It still is my favorite way to spend the summer.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I most closely identify with my mother. If and when I am ever in need of advice, I turn to my mother. My mother gives me unbiased advice and has been supportive of me through everything.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I admire individuals who are honest and determined. I also admire people who have a positive and optimistic attitude. I try to surround myself with these types of people.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?The funniest thing ever to happen to me was when I was young. I was swimming in the ocean and riding the waves at low tide, when my mother called me to come in for dinner. It was not until I stood up that I realized my bathing suit was not tied tight. My bathing suit had fallen to my ankles, showing everyone on the beach my naked body. At the time, it was extremely embarrassing. But, when I look back on it now, I have to laugh at myself.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?If time and money were not an issue, I would love to travel to Europe. I would first travel to Italy, then down to Sicily. At each country, I would travel to the beaches.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?If and when I ever have children, I would like to pass on to them my name. I would like to keep the generations going. I would also like to pass down my views on the importance of a strong family.
