What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I remember exploring in the woods with my neighborhood friends. When I was five we moved from the city to a small town. I remember spending days riding bike trails in the woods. Trying to catch snakes, frogs and other animals, and in general just exploring. I love being outside in nature. To this day I am very grateful for my upbringing because it really made me appreciate nature and it is one of my favorite memories to look back on. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My mother. I love both of my parents a lot and am thankful that they are still together, but ever since I was little I feel like I have had a bond with my mother like none other. I feel like my temper, curiosity, intelligence, taste in music, cooking skills, and just my demeanor are heavily influenced by my mother. Not to mention we like a lot of the same movies, shows, music. I relate with my mom more than any other relative. We have a lot more in common than anyone else related to me that I know of. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty a lot in a person because I am a very honest person. I also admire caring because we have to care for one another to make this world a better place. I admire humor because if we are serious all the time where is the fun in life? I admire integrity to do the right thing even if it isn't popular. I admire friendly people because I travel all over and try to meet new people and hope they are as friendly as me. I admire flexibility because sometimes things don't go as planned but if you are flexible you can make the best out of a situation. I also admire patience because sometimes it takes a little longer for something to happen but it doesn't mean you should freak out about it. Just give it time. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | It's really hard to say the funniest thing that ever happened to me. There are a lot of funny things that have happened to me in my life so far. I don't know if anyone would consider this funny but I do. Anyway, I moved to a new city a few years ago and was really excited about the place. After living there for six months and seeing how bad the weather could be there I just laughed, and moved to a place where the weather was almost the exact opposite. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | If time and money where not an issue I would travel all over the world. I already like to travel a lot so I would go all over. I would start with Australia and New Zealand. Then I would probably travel to Japan, China, The Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and India. I would also hit a lot of the Polynesian islands as well. I would then go to countries in Eastern and Western Europe. I would also like to see countries in Africa as well as Central and South America. I want to travel all over the world to meet new people, make new friends, and try to help make this world a better place- even if it is one person at a time. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I want to pass on to them good health, any money and possessions I cannot take with me, and the knowledge I have accumulated over my life. I want to make sure they know what is going on in the world. That they know the difference between right and wrong. That they have a respect for nature and know why and how to preserve it. That they have a compassion for their fellow humans and continue my goal of making the world a better place. That they have huge imaginations and dream big. That they have a good work ethic and know what hard work gets them. That they have an appreciation of music and the arts in general. That they have a love for all kinds of animals. |
