What is your most memorable childhood experience?My most memorable childhood experience is working in our family garden, orchard, and corn fields alongside my father and grandfather. This helped me appreciate where our food was coming from, and developed in me a hard work ethic. These are very fond memories for me.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I most identify with my father. He has spent his entire life working hard in order to support his family. He showed a fantastic work ethic and I relate to that. I hope to be able to do the same for my family some day.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I admire individuals with honesty, sincerity, pure intentions, a hard work ethic, selflessness, long-suffering, as well as individuals that are a perfect role model for the values they believe in.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?I was working construction and one of my co-workers stepped on a board. After doing so it flipped up and smacked him in the nose. After everyone else had a good laugh (including me), I proceeded to do the exact same laughable thing. Everyone had a second good laugh at my expense. I considered it a dose of karma for having laughed in the first place.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?If time and money were not an issue I would love to travel to South America to explore the great rain forests and wild habitats therein.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?If I have children I would like to leave a legacy of music making to them. I would like for the things that have made me happiest to be passed on.
