| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was playing sports. Mainly baseball, but I can remember swimming in the summer from sun up to sun down. I was always doing something active and loved being outside. Also, I remember that almost every morning, my mom cooked us a real breakfast before school. No matter how tired she was or late for work, she would always cook breakfast for us. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My brother. We got along pretty well and spent countless hours together playing, goofing off, and trying to make each other laugh at all costs. I don't think I would've enjoyed my childhood so much if it weren't for him, even though I didn't realize that until I was an adult. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Confidence, being respectful, health-consciousness, kindness, intelligence, and being witty. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | In high school, I was approached by a friend who dared me to wear a wig for my school photo on picture day. My friend and I were always trying to outdo each other and he was too scared to go through with it. The wig was not just any wig, it looked more like Kurt Cobain was having an extremely bad hair day. So, on picture day when they called for us to go the gym, I RAN down there and took my regular photo first. Then, once all my friends showed up, I put this horrible wig on, gave the photographer a fake name, and posed for greatness. A friend of mine on the yearbook staff caught wind of this and vowed to put that photo in the yearbook. A few months later, when we got our yearbooks, I had two photos: my regular photo and the wig photo that will live in infamy. My mom laughed so hard when she heard about this, and was only mad because we didn't buy a package of photos on the day of (the ones with the wig, of course). |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Vancouver, Greece, and Japan. Vancouver because I hear that the country is clean and healthy. The people are nice and very approachable. It feels like a young city where I would fit it and thrive. People say it rains more than normal there but I don't mind the rain, I feel that it's very therapeutic. Greece would be my second choice because of the water, islands, and laid back atmosphere. It seems like a great getaway destination. Japan, as I love that everything is artistic and traditional. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | Knowledge so that they wouldn't have to make every mistake I've ever made. Honesty, so that they can have ALL ofthe information needed to make smart decisions. Athleticism, so my kids can be very active in sports. It not only teaches them how to utilize talent, but teaches very valuable lessons about teamwork, commitment, courage, and sportsmanship, while keeping them in shape and healthy. |
