What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My family and I went to Hawaii for vacation one year. We were having fun in the ocean one day and I felt something brush against my leg. I looked to see what it was and discovered that it was a young shark! I have avoided getting into the ocean ever since. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My mom because she has always been there for me when I needed her. She gives me encouragement when I need it, even when I don't know I need it at the time. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Perseverance, kindness, honesty, and optimism. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | During school, we were asked to write daily 50-word personal journal entries . I found it to be a boring task to describe the uneventful days, so I started writing fictional stories about all the tragedies that happened to me on a daily basis. That went on for a while until my teacher started questioning me about the authenticity of my stories. I thought I was in trouble, but I told the truth anyway. My teacher started laughing and asked me that if it was okay for her to show my stories to the other teachers. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I want to travel to space so I can see how beautiful the Earth really is. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | A sense of responsibility, a sense of humor, and, most importantly, the ability to enjoy the little things in life. |
