| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was when my family traveled by plane to Seattle, Washington. We went there the summer before I entered the 8th grade. We toured the city and Puget Sound, and we hiked to the peak of Mt. Pilchuck. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify closest with my oldest sister. Being the eldest siblings, we have shared the most experiences together. We relate well with each other. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire those who are strong-willed. People with a backbone are to be respected. One needs to be able to speak up in certain situations, and strong-willed people can do so. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | When I was in 6th grade our class took a canoe trip on a cool spring afternoon. My canoe was leading the pack when the river current started to pick up. We lost control and ran into an overhanging branch. When our canoe capsized the following canoes proceeded to capsize too. When we all made our way out of the river, we laughed on for hours on end. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to Australia because I am amazed by its ecosystem. I want to work in the world's climate extremes to preserve their unique environments. The Great Barrier Reef would be an incredible sight and I am sure I would never want to leave. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | When I have children I want them to learn how to be self-sufficient. They should be able to take care of themselves, for the most part, when they leave home after high school. I also want them to be well-versed in conversation, because I believe it is one of the most important life skills to have. |
