What is your most memorable childhood experience?

My most memorable childhood experience was when I was in 4th grade and my family along with my relatives rented cabins at a resort on a lake. Along with my 10 cousins, we took a two-person bike and went to the top of the biggest hill in the area. I was driving the bike and we decided to all pile on and go down this big hill. Of course, at the bottom we tipped over and I was left with bruises and scrapes from head to toe.

What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?

The immediate family member I identify closely with is my sister. We are close in age and that has led to us spending a lot of time together when we were children. I identify closely with her because we are both academically analytical people, but also enjoy sports and competition.

What character traits do you admire in an individual?

I admire honesty and loyalty in an individual. To me a friend is someone that you can always depend on that will tell you the truth and that you can trust with telling you the truth. No matter if it is not what you want to hear, I admire people that can tell the truth and be blunt even when times are tough.

What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?

One of the funniest thing that has happened to me was when I was 18. I was on my parents' boat at the lake and I saw some of my friends were also out on their boat. So they came over and I decided to go join my friends. We didn't want to get the two boats too close together so I decided to swim over, but I wanted to bring my phone so I could call my parents later. So I thought it would be a great idea to throw my phone over to the other boat. Of course, I completely misjudged the distance and the phone went clear over the boat and sunk in 40 feet of water.

If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?

I would travel to the Great Barrier Reef. I have always had a love of scuba diving and would love to experience one of the world's wonders first hand.

When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?

I would like to pass to my children my determination and passion. While some call it competitiveness, I call the drive that makes me succeed passion and determination. When/If I have kids I want them to have that same drive to succeed in whatever they want, be it sports, academia, music, or anything they want.
