| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I have many memorable childhood experiences, from accomplishments to mischief. I would have to say, though, that what I remember the most was playing hockey as a boy and traveling to tournaments with my parents cheering in the stands. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify with both my mother and father for different reasons. I've always looked up to my father, he's the smartest man that I've ever met. I've always confided in my mother, because she's very empathetic and gives great advice. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire compassion and drive. I also admire outgoing personalities and people who have the ability to make friends wherever they go. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | A favorite childhood story for my parents to tell is when I was helping my mother wash her car (a brand new one) prior to going to pick up my dad at the airport. She went inside for a quick second and, while she was gone, I apparently I decided that the inside needed cleaning as well. I put the hose inside the car and, when she returned, there was about 4 inches of standing water in the car. She wasn't happy. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to all of the great old cities in Europe. I love history and find it amazing that cities have existed over there for thousands of years, while here in the U.S., a building that is over 150 years old is considered ancient. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | Love, support, and the confidence to know that they can do anything should they desire. |
