Per the results, a 1.4 megabase deletion at 6q16.1q16.32 was observed. The classification of this variant (pathogenic versus benign) was not available on the report. This information was requested from the client. In addition, the client (egg source) was not yet tested for this variant to determine if it was possibly inherited for her.
