What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My grandfather sitting outside in his lawn chair waiving to people as they walked and drove by. When he was sick for a couple of days strangers stopped by to ask about him to make sure he was doing okay because they missed the smiling guy waving to them. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I'm close with a lot of family members. We all love each other very much and want the best for each other. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Honesty, openness, compassion, generosity, intelligence, kindness, knowledgeable, charismatic, and optimistic. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | When I was in high school my parents were trying to help guide me in figuring out what major I wanted to study in college. I looked through the course catalog and found Advance Conducting 2 being offered during the summer session. I circled that one because it sounded interesting and fun. My parents thought it was so funny because I'd never taken Advanced Conducting 1 or any conducting before. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Rome. I love pasta, cheese, tomato sauce, and Italian food is some of my favorite. I also enjoy history and art. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I'd like to pass on the ability to obtain freedom (and financial freedom) to them and the tools to turn whatever passions they have into lifelong pursuits. |
