What is your most memorable childhood experience? | There was a time when I was a prominent figure in an online gaming community. I believe I was fourteen or fifteen. I managed a group of about a hundred people. I have my fondest memories of that time in that group. It was then that I really started to mature. Of course I never told anybody my age, but I guess they thought I was older! Being a leader is hard. But it can definitely be rewarding. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | It would have to be my father. We don't really talk that much but I feel we share a lot of traits such as our mechanical inclination and aptitude. Our personalities are pretty close as well. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | It'd have to be integrity, positivity, and honor. I know it may sound odd but people saying something and sticking with their words is important to me. As well as having pride in one's work. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Probably how I met my wife. We met through the gaming community, and through a huge series of coincidences she ended up living with me. Eventually we wanted to get married after three years of being together. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to Europe. First going to the United Kingdom, then France by boat. I'd follow along the path the Americans took during World War II. From the landing on the Normandy beaches all the way to the Elbe river. I'd also love to skydive over France. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I want to pass on the ability to figure something out for themselves. While it's great to answer questions, a good ability to have is to know how to figure things out. |
