What is your most memorable childhood experience? | Working on the farm has always been a gift to me, as I love being with the animals and working alongside my family. I also remember sports and school trips, because I got to do it with people I'm still friends with today. It is fun for us to share those stories when we meet. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I would say my mother since we are both very kind, open and professional with everyone. Becasue of her expectations, I constantly want to do my best as far as my character and line of work. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire being open and showing enthusiasm. Those are important because you can’t be trained to be that way. Having that energy and desire can help the relationship too. Being all up tight and quiet won't help. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I remember the time I bought a new truck. I’m old fashioned so no one expected me to get a new vehicle. Plus now, when I talk about my truck, I think my passion of talking about cars/trucks makes people laugh. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would go to Western Europe since there is so much history there from WW 2. Since the world is constantly changing, I would also like to visit national parks, like Glacier National Park. Who knows, it may be gone in ten years. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would love for them to take over my farm since Ag and farming is huge to me and really is to everyone! I would also want to teach them how to be a good person, productive and bring change to the world. |
