| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable experience as a child occurred when my dad took me and my sisters to visit a family friend in Pennsylvania. It was my first time ever visiting an Amish community. It was a very unique experience, and I was able to learn new things about a totally different civilization with no technology or electricity. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify the most with my little cousin. He reminds me of my younger self due to his will and determination to accomplish anything he puts his mind to. Our athletic capabilities are very similar. Watching him play football allows me to happily reminisce on my former collegiate athletic days. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Accountability allows me to trust an individual in times of adversity. Honesty allows me to share confidential information with an individual without second guessing myself. I also admire consistency, which allows me to fully connect with an individual in the absence of drastic personality changes occurring. I believe self-identity is key. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I ripped the crotch of my pants while treating a patient at work. I tried to eat lunch afterward and spilled salad dressing on my crotch. I tried wiping it away with a sanitizing wipe but left a large wet spot. During lunch time, I had no choice but to walk around in the closest shopping center in search of some new khaki pants with a ripped crotch/huge wet spot. It was definitely the most epic experience of my life. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to Switzerland. I hear it’s a beautiful place yet quite expensive. A couple of my old college teammates are from there. It would be great to hang out with them again. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass on my athletic capabilities. I would also like to pass on my ability of passive intelligence. In other words, being less of a talker, taking the time to think intuitively and independently, and using those thinking strategies to make intellectual decisions in life. Taking the path less travelled, for the lack of better terms. |
