What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was when my grandfather used to take me and my sisters to the beach and we used to play around the pool all day long. I will cherish those childhood memories forever. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my aunt, who is the doctor of the family. She was always very smart and diligent, and I wanted to be as smart as her. She was a positive influence on my childhood and continues to inspire me as an adult. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire people who are dedicated, diligent, creative, intelligent, and have a sense of humor. Usually, I like to hang around those type of people because they inspire me to be a better person and to reach my goals. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I cannot say from the top of my head what the funniest thing that has happened to me is. I have definitely had a lot of fun in my life, and I have sometimes embarrassed myself. I would say that when I was learning English in high school, my teachers used to make me give presentations in front of the class and I would unintentionally say the wildest things. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would like to travel to Japan or Europe. I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture and the way that they always strive for excellence and beauty through consistency. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would tell them, “Be yourself, be consistent, be curious and be happy.” I have always been a person who likes to march to the beat of my own drum, and I would like for my children to experience life in the way that they want to, under their terms, but with the help that I can offer. |
