What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was being the top wrestler at my high school. We made it to the state finals but alas did not advance further due to some technicalities. I was also a very competitive Tae Kwon Do master. Pieces of wood were no match for fists of fury and feet of fire. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I most definitely identify most closely with my mom! My mother tells me the same thing all the time that my sister is like my dad and that I am more like my mother. We both share very considerate ideals as well as very selfless traits. Being responsible is more important than looking for blame. We are the more loving and understanding half of the family. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I value loyalty above all else. To be able to maintain loyalty to your own values and to your friends and family takes immense amount of strong character traits. For example, one must be tenacious in their approach to promises when holding one for their loyal friend. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | There are countless stories but one that stands out in my mind currently is during a trip to Japan. I was trying wasabi ice cream for the first time and the shock of how wonderfully delicious it was shook me to the core. I thus proceeded to react so strongly that I flicked the ice cream out of my hand. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | If time and money were not an issue, I would travel the entire world. I would want to experience both ends of the spectrum: from the blazing hot deserts to the freezing cold tundra. There would never be enough time and money to experience what the world has to offer. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | Personally, I would want to have them be well versed in all walks of life. I would like to pass onto them an extremely strong desire for all aspects of education and a zealous passion for doing right. Above all else I would like to instill a quality of childlike curiosity for the world they choose to live in. |
