What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I used to love going fishing with my grandfather. He suffered from polio, but he took the time to take me on the lake. Once we caught a large bass and ate it for dinner. It's one of the few memories of quality time I have of him. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my father. He has helped guide me through many tough times in my life. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty and having strong convictions, even when the world is against you. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | When I was working at the airport a dog got loose on the tarmac and I had to chase it down. It took over 20 minutes, but I got it back to its handlers and it had a safe flight. The video of the incident was shown around the office for a week. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to the Arctic and island regions of the planet as I fear they won't exist in the future due to climate change. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would want them to have a sense of confidence, something I never had as a kid. I want them to be confident so that they can make a real impact on the world even if they can’t achieve all their dreams. |
