What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was when I first came to the US to visit Disney World in Florida. This was my first international travel with my family, and we had such a great time. I will always cherish the memories. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify the most with my mother and with my grandmother (mother's side). My mother has always been a strong woman who could balance work with raising both her children in such a spectacular way. My grandmother has helped my mother to raise me, and I am very grateful for her kindness. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty, kindness, and intelligence. I believe honesty is one of the strongest foundations to every human relationship. Kindness to others, especially to those under you, reveals great character. And intelligence is what gives you an edge to thrive. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | It is not easy to pinpoint, but I had several great moments with friends in college. The most significant and funny moments with my friends were times that we travelled to different places. I love to travel and get to know different places and cultures, and the trips I had with them were certainly the best moments I had in my life. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to Norway to see the Aurora Borealis. It must be a life-changing sight. Also, the Nordic culture is something that I definitely want to know more about. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to teach them that there is nothing more important than honesty and ethics. The world is changing fast and human culture is being reshaped by several important events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. It is easy to see that the way we deal with other people is changing at a significant speed. However, I feel that the ability of being honest to other people and having a strong ethical background is something that will probably never change and will certainly increase their chances to succeed in life. |
