What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I’ll always remember learning to cook with my mother. She makes the best soup and rice meals, and I loved cooking alongside her. I still do this even as an adult. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my mother. She is an intelligent, thoughtful, and warm individual. Her ability to care for others knows no limits and she is extremely creative which I greatly admire. She balances a lot in her life and has worked hard for everything she has, so I aspire to follow in her footsteps. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I have always admired hardworking, go-getter types of people. I value my own hard work and therefore value the same when I see it in others. I also admire a willingness to try and learn new things or people who seek to experience and learn from new cultures and countries. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | This is a difficult question to answer because there have been tons of funny things that have happened in my life. I have some hilarious friends here and in Costa Rica. There are too many stories to choose from! |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel around the entire globe! I think you can always learn something new from other cultures and ways of living. You can't put into practice what you haven't yet learned, so why not go experience as much as you can? |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | The ability to work hard but play hard also. Life is too short not to enjoy it, but also things are not just handed to you in life. They will need to work hard to earn a good living and succeed in whatever they choose to do. Also always be willing to help others in times of need and be a loyal friend and family member to the most important people in your life. |
