What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My relationship with my dad growing up encompasses this question. Going to fall Saturday football games every weekend, spring break ski trips, and summer days on the lake are just a few of the fond memories I have of the great relationship I have experienced and still experience with my dad. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I most closely identify with my dad. He's done his best job to groom me into enjoying what he enjoys (football, skiing, watersports) and I guess it worked! We talk each week now that I live a few states away, and our relationship remains strong. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Loyalty and sincerity are hard to find but invaluable. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I won a match point during a tennis State Finals match by accidentally hitting the opponent's doubles partner in the face with a serve. I doubt he shares the same feelings about it. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good! |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would ski in every country in the world with a ski hill. It's an activity I'm passionate about and can perform no matter where I am. The culture surrounding different countries' ski resorts is fascinating. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I hope that I am able to pass on intelligence and a hardworking mindset. |
