What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I fondly remember when we visited our relatives in Yalta. There are the most beautiful mountains, and the air carries the scent of pine wood and sea salt from the Black Sea. I loved hiking and swimming in the sea. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my brother. All our lives we have supported each other. Even if we had any conflicts in the past, we could always solve any problem with a simple talk. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty, respect, positivity, and responsibility. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | In childhood, my brother and I liked to scare each other suddenly. Once, I wanted to scare him and waited for around half an hour. When the door opened, I made a loud "woof”, but it was my father and I still remember how shocked he was. My father said he felt like his heart almost stopped, and his hair stood on end. We all still remember that moment and laugh at it. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I've travelled a lot in the past but still love Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. That island is like paradise for me, people there are very friendly and there's unique natural beauty. Also, I want to visit again Socotra Island and Madagascar where there are beautiful baobab valleys. Those places are very ancient and unique. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | The thing I'm teaching my son is to believe in yourself and follow your dreams to be successful. Though it will sometimes be difficult, don't give up. Everything is possible. |
