What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My dad used to take me to ride horses when I was a kid. When we went riding, he would hold a rope attached to my horse and he told me not to kick the horse to go faster. Trying to be funny, I kicked the horse, and it took off. My dad lost control of the horse but soon it slowed down a bit and I was able to hold on. I'll still always remember that look on my dad’s face when that horse took off. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my sister. She is a lot like me at times and understands me more than anyone. My sister is my rock in life, and I always can rely on her. My sister and I always got along, which was nice. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Confidence is always a great trait to have. I admire extroverts due to most people not always wanting to chat or be social. People who will just be themselves are great to be around. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Once I hugged a stranger who I thought was someone I knew but was mistaken. What an awkward, but funny moment it was. I had a friend mixed up with someone else I had not seen in two years gave this girl a hug thinking it was her and she replied, "You must be a hugger," and at that moment I realized it wasn't her. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I’d like to travel anywhere warm maybe Tulum, Mexico. Traveling to maybe some of the wonders of the world would be amazing. So far, I've seen Machu Picchu, Peru. It’s amazing to see how big this world is. Many people never go out to see it thinking there will always be time to see it later. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I hope to pass on my confidence, sense of humor, my genes for my thick hair, and maybe even if they have my smile (I was voted best smile in high school with 3 others). |
