What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experiences would have to be the activities and sports I did with my brothers and sisters. We would play kickball, baseball, ride dirt bikes, hunt, and fish. Swim team would have to be another memorable childhood experience. The competition and races excited me. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | The family member I closely identify with would be my brother. He and I would do everything together. We were the closest in age which gave us about the same time off when school was over. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | The character traits I admire the most in an individual are honesty, integrity, and gratitude. Honesty builds trust in a relationship and integrity lets me know that I can rely on someone to do the right thing. I chose gratitude for it’s the one that shows they are humble and have a thankful perspective in life for others’ work. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | The funniest thing that has ever happened to me was also perfect. At my wedding, my wife and I exchanged gifts and we both gave each other a gift that we didn’t bring of our attire. She gave me a watch and I gave her a necklace. It was funny and perfect at the same time because I forgot to bring a watch to wear, and she forgot to bring a necklace. We both walked down the aisle wearing our exchanged gifts. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would love to travel to Egypt to see the pyramids and temples. I was able to see some temples while deployed overseas with the Army, but I would like to go see Egypt with my wife. She has told me also that she has wanted to go to Egypt with me one day. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass the three character traits that I listed above (honesty, integrity, gratitude) along with good work ethic. My son already has the looks passed on to him but passing on character is the key. I also would like him to have a healthy outlook on life by exercising and eating right like I do. |
