What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was during my 13th birthday. My family was in Hawaii visiting my aunts and uncles. My cousin was also around the same age as me, so we celebrated our birthdays together. Our families rented out a pool with a big water slide and catered Hawaiian and Chinese food. It was so much fun. Everyone was laughing and playing around. The food was so good. It always brings me so much join thinking about that. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I closely identify with my mother. We have similar personalities. Both of us are really chill and we don't let a lot of things get to us. We are both pretty social when we want to be but also know when we just want our me time. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire someone that is smart and witty. I love someone that can think quickly on their feet and always has a positive outlook on life. I love someone that is loyal to what they believe in and will always have high regard for their family. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Back in 2016 I wanted to be a flight attendant for one of the major airlines. On one of my first training flights, I was grabbing something from one of the bottom storage bins when I ripped the back of my pants. Without an extra pair of pants, I had to work the flight with a hole in my pants. It was embarrassing but funny. I knew I gave the passengers a good story to tell. Me and my co-workers were laughing the whole time. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would take a road trip visiting all 48 contiguous States of the US along with Alaska, Canada, and journey into Central and South America. I would do this with my wife and take a whole year to complete it. I've always loved road trips and there is always something to see or explore that you can get from flying to each location. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I do have children. I think it's most important to teach them that life is beautiful and to have a positive outlook on life even when it's not so great sometimes. It's important to teach them to always be kind to everyone and to help when you can. It's important to smile and never give up on what you want to do. |
