What is your most memorable childhood experience? | One of the most memorable experiences from my childhood was my last football game at the age of seven. Despite my limited knowledge of the game at that time, the entire extended family showed up to watch. Despite my less-than-stellar performance, their unwavering support and encouragement left an indelible mark, highlighting the importance of family and their steadfast presence in both triumphs and challenges. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I deeply identify with my paternal grandmother, a cherished presence in my life whom I lost when I was eight. She embodied unapologetic motherly love and compassion, standing out as a remarkably sweet woman who took joy in spoiling me. Despite her physical absence, her memory lingers in my daily thoughts, inspiring me to strive towards being a kind and good-hearted person, just like she was. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I love people who are resilient because their ability to bounce back from challenges and adversity inspires hope and perseverance. Resilient individuals demonstrate strength in the face of difficulties, showing that setbacks are not the end but rather opportunities for growth. Their determination and positive mindset contribute to a sense of shared strength and resilience within a community, fostering a supportive and uplifting environment for everyone involved. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | One of the most amusing moments in my life happened when, as a 9-year-old, I decided to go home from the bus stop to change clothes. To my surprise, by the time I returned, everyone, including my brother, was already on the bus, and the driver intentionally left me behind on the block. Undeterred, I walked three miles to school, all the while realizing that my carefully chosen outfit, complete with white pants, was now a casualty of the adventure. Despite the unexpected turn of events, I couldn't help but laugh it off, turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a comical memory. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Japan holds a special place in my heart, drawing me back with its captivating atmosphere, rich culture, and impeccable cleanliness. The immaculate vibe and the seamless blend of fashion and speed create an experience that feels like the vibrant energy of New York, yet with an added touch of cleanliness and the warmth of friendly locals. It's a destination where every visit unveils new layers of its unique charm. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | If I could pass one trait to my future children, it would be my strong-willed attitude. One of my favorite qualities about myself is how sure I am of my decisions. I wouldn't want my child to feel unsure or lack confidence in how they live their life. I want them to be headstrong, confident, and independent, not swayed by the opinions of others. |
