| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | One of my most memorable childhood experiences was coming to the United States for summer vacations. It was a significant moment because it opened my eyes to new possibilities and cultures, far beyond what I had known in Haiti. The excitement of traveling, experiencing new places, and being exposed to new ways of life left a lasting impression on me. These trips made me dream bigger and realize that the world is much larger and more diverse than I had imagined. They also gave me a sense of adventure that I still carry today. |

Growing up, I saw him face many challenges, yet he always pushed through with determination. His ability to stay strong for the family, even during tough times, left a deep impression on me. | What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | One of the funniest moments I can remember is getting caught in a heavy rainstorm unexpectedly. I was walking outside, and the rain came out of nowhere, drenching me from head to toe. At first, I was annoyed, but then I just started laughing because there was nothing I could do about it. It was one of those moments where you have to let go and embrace the absurdity of the situation. That experience taught me to find humor in the unexpected, and I still laugh when I think about it. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | If time and money were not an issue, I would travel to Egypt because of its rich history and vibrant culture. I’ve always been fascinated by the ancient Egyptian civilization, from the pyramids to the mythology. The depth of its history, combined with its architectural wonders, makes it a place I’ve dreamed of exploring in person. Additionally, Egypt’s connection to both history and spirituality intrigues me, and I believe visiting the country would offer me a deeper understanding of the world and myself. I could spend months there immersing myself in the local culture and learning more about its past. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | If I ever have children, I would want to pass on the value of resilience and the importance of staying curious about the world. I would hope to teach them that life is full of challenges, but with the right mindset and determination, they can overcome anything. Additionally, I would encourage them to keep asking questions and never stop learning. Curiosity is the key to growth, and I would want them to feel empowered to explore the world around them.
