| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | One Christmas when I was younger, as we were waking up to get ready to open presents, my father went out onto the roof and took some loud steps to make it sound like Santa and his reindeer were just taking off from our house. We ran outside to look but we thought we had just missed them. So that solidified the belief in Santa Claus for a few more years. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I would say I most closely identify with my younger brother. When we were younger, not quite as much, but now that he's getting older, I can see that he's having a lot of similar life experiences as I did at his age and reacting to them in a really similar way which is pretty interesting to me. Otherwise, I would have said my dad because I feel like we have the same kind of temperament. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty and reliability. It makes it a lot easier to interact with a person if you don't have to spend any time second guessing what they're saying or if they will actually come through when they say they will. I also really appreciate anyone with a good sense of humor. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Recently I was in an Uber to an event with some friends and we were stuck sitting in traffic for a while to the point that we were being outpaced by people walking on the sidewalk. So, we decided to end the ride early and walk the rest of the way. But 30 seconds later the traffic sped up and our Uber drove straight past us. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | The next stop on my list would be Japan. I've always wanted to go, and I have had some friends recently telling me good things about it. I would love to do a trip sometime where I could snowboard while I'm there. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass on my demeanor, not to take things too seriously especially things outside of their control. Life's a lot more enjoyable when you're not getting upset about things that don't really matter, and I feel like not enough people understand that. |
