| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience is going to Disneyland with my mom. It was a time when things were changing for me. I was going into middle school, which was a bit daunting and so to cheer me up, my mother took us on a road trip to California Disneyland. I remember it because it was the most fun her and I spent together. Mind you there were many more moments spent together, but some reason being in California and by the ocean made it more special. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my cousin because we grew up together and like the same music, books, and movies. We share the same experiences but have different perspectives while still understanding that even though we see things differently, it doesn’t change that mutual respect we have for each other. It’s almost like a brotherhood and we have each other’s back. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire having standards, being honest and truthful even if it hurts some people, keeping integrity, and being vulnerable. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I took a medicine that ended up causing me to look like "Hitch" from the movie. We were at a lake one time, and I was feeling sick to my stomach afterwards. My mother gave me some Alka-Seltzer to help with the stomach pain, but later found out it was causing me to have an allergic reaction that made my face, lips, and eyelids swell up. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel to the UK or Asia because of their culture. The fact that these cultures have been around longer than America means there’s more to learn and experience from them. It’s the food, the customs, the language, and so much more that intrigues me. I would like to visit them to understand more about people, civilization, and how people have changed and grown throughout the years. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass on to them discipline and accountability. |
