| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | One of the first things that comes to mind is a very specific Christmas. I was 7 years old, and I opened my gift which had a Game Boy Color and Pokémon Yellow. It was the first time my parents bought me a video game system and it was the first time I received a gift that I had requested. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my father, although he is deceased now. His general demeanor and mine are similar. We are both more laid-back individuals and enjoy the little things in life. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire determination because I like it when people don’t let obstacles stop them from trying. Hard working ethic because it’s so easy to give up over time and lose sense of purpose. And lastly, a sense of humor because life is hard, and you should find the funny things in life. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | One time I was sprinting on a treadmill and tripped. I got launched into a bunch of equipment. It was early in the morning, so nobody really saw, but I was still embarrassed. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I’d travel to Norway, because the fjords look amazing. I don’t mind the cold weather, and I imagine I would feel very relaxed seeing them in person. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I hope to pass on my laid-back personality because I feel like it’s what helps me adapt to tough circumstances. I’m able to calmly process tough information without losing focus. I feel like if I could give anything to my kid, that would be the most useful thing. |
