| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I was always playing sports with my friends and in school. Specifically, my senior year of football when we beat a highly ranked team in the playoffs when they were favored by a lot. Nothing else compares to the camaraderie of sports. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my father. He has always been there to show me how to fix things, play sports, and be a good person. We have a very similar sense of humor and nerdy interests. We will watch football and bowl together and I respect him a ton. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire honesty, empathy, and selflessness. I have the utmost respect for anyone who can put others first especially when they’re able to understand something they’ve never experienced. It can also be hard to be honest 100% of the time but I respect people who are even if I don’t like the truth. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | My first day of eighth grade stands out. I had transferred to a new school and didn’t know anyone and was extremely nervous. Come lunchtime I was so nervous that all I had was a salad with no dressing because I didn’t want to walk around and was embarrassed. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel all over Europe to experience the vast amounts of different cultures and environments and food. The amount of diversity within a relatively small area has always fascinated me. I would even drive it if I could just to see every little thing I could. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass on my passion for sports to my children. Or if not sports, I would like them to be passionate about something like music or photography. I believe that it is of utmost importance to find something that drives you and lights your fire. |
