| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | There was some day in the summer of 2007 where all the neighborhood kids and I were just hanging around outside all day. We played baseball, flew some kites, chased the ice cream truck, etc. Pure sandlot kids doing random fun things. My main memory was going to bed that night all tired just thinking that it was the perfect day. I can still remember the sunshine through my window and the sounds of the birds that morning. Still think about it sometimes. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I probably identify most with my uncle. We both have similar personalities. We can be goofy, and we do random things just to get others to laugh because life is too short not to. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Self-awareness helps develop most good qualities in a person. If you can recognize mistakes, have insight as to why they happened, and take the initiative to change, you can probably develop any good trait over time. Anyone who can stop telling themselves lies or stroking their own egos can become humble, kind, generous, inquisitive, etc. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Once, when I was visiting a big mall, there was this little girl who was pushing people out of her way kind of recklessly to get to the Nike store. When she got to the entrance, she ended up tripping and falling, spilling all her Skittles everywhere. When she was getting up, an employee at the store told her in a heavy Indian accent, "Taste the rainbow." We couldn't stop laughing. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would like to go to Punjab and see my heritage. There is so much history, architecture, and of course food to explore. I want to meet my family there that I never got the chance to see. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | First, I want them to know that I love them. Second, that nothing comes to you in life. Anything you want whether it’s career, social, or talents you have to go out and get them directly. |
