| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | Summer fishing trips with my dad and cousins in the Canadian wilderness stand out. We would catch fish and cook the fresh fish on the shore. We called it a "shore lunch". It gave me a deep respect and love for nature. There was no TV, no internet, just the radio and the peaceful quiet of the wilderness. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I’m the closest to my dad. He has been a consistent place of reason and guidance in my life. Now that we’ve both adults, I’m grateful to have him as a friend. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire someone who has integrity, is driven, and true to themselves, someone who is kind but knows when to stick up for themselves, and someone that will put themselves in another person’s shoes before passing judgement. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | During college I had a job making deliveries. I ended up delivering to a buddy of mine without realizing it, until he opened the door. We had a good chuckle about it. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I’d visit Greece and Italy first. Being second generation, I want to see the countries my grandparents told me about in their stories. Then, I would travel all over the world. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I want them to know that no matter what, they are loved. We may not agree on everything, but no matter where life leads them, I want them to know they have my support. I want them to know I will always be there for them. |
