| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience is winning the baseball championship. It was so much fun, and it was amazing to take down a team that we lost to on the first day of game play. Playing five games in two days was a great way to really fall in love with baseball and appreciate the grind of it all. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most with my father and my mother. I am extremely close with both of them but in different ways. My dad and I bond over sports and being active (weightlifting/running), but my mom and I bond over emotions and relationships. They are both incredible people. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire someone who is passionate, someone who is resilient, and someone who is genuine. These are character traits I look for in all my relationships, whether it be friendships or romantic relationships. I find that good people usually possess at least two, if not all three of these traits. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | The funniest thing was when I won an award in college and my professor brought up my favorite stuffed animal in the awards ceremony. It is so funny because I had no idea this was coming. Looking back on it is amazing because it was very affectionate but also endearing to tease me in such a funny way. |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would go to Greece and Southeast Asia, specifically Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand. I hear that they have amazing food and beaches in all four of these countries. I think I would have a great time and soak up the sun every single day traveling to these places. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like to pass on my work ethic, toughness, and passion for life. I find that my work ethic usually takes me over the top because I keep pushing forward. I also have been toughened up by being around baseball throughout my whole life as a player and coach. I have faced tremendous success and failure, so it has built up my character. |
