What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I think my most memorable childhood memory would be the day I got to drive my car alone for the first time. I had been sitting in my living room when I expressed interest in renting a video game (or movie, I forget which). My mom looked over at me and said "Why don't you go?" because I had just gotten my license. It was my first moment of independence, even if just a small one. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My mother. She and I are both youngest children and are very pragmatic when it comes to viewing life. We both have a way of removing emotion from our perspectives and thinking before acting |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Honesty and forthrightness. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I had just started a workout program with my old roommate. We got to the second day and a workout called "plyometrics." After about twenty minutes neither of us could stand, because the workout was so hard. We both decided that we needed to go to Wal-Mart, but we couldn't get down the stairs without lifting our legs by hand to place them on the next step down. We were that tired. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would travel across Europe and visit historical sites like the castles in the mountains of France and Germany as well as the ancient religious sites of Greece and Rome. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | That the most important things in life are to treat other people with respect, and to strive to be happy with what you have. |
