What is your most memorable childhood experience?My father was always traveling because of his job in the Air Force. He would travel all over the world collecting all sorts of exotic items. Every time he returned home I would stay up late waiting for him and he would give me and my brother the gifts that he bought for us while he was away.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I am very close with my father. He has inspired me to do everything that I do in life. He is also my best friend. He was in the military and I also joined the military in order to follow in his footsteps.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I look up to a person who is honorable, courageous and committed to everything that they do in life. I admire a person who leads by example and can hold themselves to the same standard that they expect out of me.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?On a family vacation once, when I was still a child, we were all out on a dock fishing in the lake. It was late at night and I was tired. There was a wall behind me that extended about half way down the dock from the shore. I went to lean on the wall, but where I went to lean, the wall had ended. I fell right into the lake in front of my whole family, scaring all the fish away.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?I would like to travel anywhere in the world. I am always open to new destinations. Exploring the earth that we live on is an amazing opportunity and everyone should travel outside their comfort zone at least once in their life just to broaden their horizon.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?I plan on having children with a wife one day, and when I do I want to be able to support them and give them everything I possibly can. Most importantly I would like to teach them to be persons of strong moral character.
