| What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was when I hit an out of the park home run in 7th grade baseball. It was the first one I had ever had. My dad was the third base coach on the team and as I was rounding the bases I gave him a fist bump on my way to home plate. The home run was also a walk-off so the game was over. When I touched home plate my teammates mobbed me in excitement. I will never forget it. Getting to share it with my dad made it even more special. |
| What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | The immediate family member that I closely identify with is my dad. My dad and I have always been very close over the years and have bonded through many different activities. He helped coach many of my youth soccer and baseball teams and always supported me in basketball and football. My dad and I also go hunting and fishing with each other. I have always felt comfortable hanging out with my dad and telling him anything. |
| What character traits do you admire in an individual? | A character trait that I admire in an individual is persistence. Not everyone is willing to push through the hard tasks of life. It takes a special person to stick with everything they do and to not quit. Another character trait that I admire in an individual is honesty. Someone that is honest can always be trusted. That is important in today's world because it is not always easy to tell the truth. |
| What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | The funniest thing that has ever happened to me was when I appeared in a music video for my high school. Everyone was dancing to a song throughout the video. At one point in the song everyone formed a circle around me and I started solo dancing. I am not the greatest dancer in the world, but I still have a few moves so it was quite comical. When my friends and I watched the video after we were laughing so hard we started crying! |
| If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | If time and money was not an issue I would travel the Caribbean Islands. I have been to Puerto Rico before on vacation and I love the warm weather and being so close to the ocean. Swimming in the ocean and seeing some of the sea life is not like anything I had experienced before. Also, the markets on each island would be fun to visit and experience. Each one would be slightly different and unique and make it a ton of fun. |
| When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | When and if I ever have children I would like to pass on good moral values and a hard working attitude to them. Good morals can set you apart from people and be hard to maintain at times, but hopefully will pay off in the long run. A hard working attitude is helpful in all aspects of life. Someone who does not have much talent but is a hard worker will be successful in life. I would also like to pass on respect for others to my children. |
