What is your most memorable childhood experience? | Filling up the garbage can full of water with my mom and my friend, putting all of my action figures in there and then dumping it out in the garden! |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My sister. We grew up together and have been through just about everything. We became much closer and irreplaceable during the time of our mother's death. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Honesty, loyalty, emotional/physical strength, intellectual curiosity, kind, non-judgmental, active, fearless, playful. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | I was camping with friends at a music festival and while I was away from the campsite my friends had put a kiddie-pool in my tent and filled it with water. When I came back late at night and jumped into my tent I jumped right into the water! (There is an endless supply of stories like these, it was hard to pick a top one). |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Australia for the warmth and strange wildlife; all over Asia for curiosity and culture; a safari in Africa would be a really good one to see some African wildlife; EVERY jungle/forest; all over Europe for the women ;) Traveling has always been my top passion, I want to go to more places than I can count! Seeing castles and ancient ruins of any kind, camping in various environments. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | That it's okay to trust in yourself through hard times and good. When the hard times happen I'd like them to know how to piece themselves back together again afterwards. I would also like to somehow show them how special their childhood is so they can appreciate the beauty of it more than I did at the time. And through it all to never let anyone take advantage of them or use them. |
