What is your most memorable childhood experience?When I was in first grade, my teacher taught us how to make stew in class. I helped her cut the vegetables and prepare the meat. I loved the entire experience and the teamwork that went along with it.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I identify more with my mom because she is caring and smart. She likes to analyze things before making decisions so she can be more informed.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I admire patience, and political savviness. The ability to make logical decisions even when most others would be emotional.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?I am a very trusting guy. Once another person helped me install a new light in my apartment for free. To thank him, I took him out to dinner, but it turned out that he thought it was a date! I had a girlfriend at the time, so the misunderstanding was funny in retrospect.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?I would go to Thailand to see the beautiful nature and understand another culture. I'd love to travel all around the world to see the world's cultures.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?I'd like to pass on to them my patience, intellectual curiosity, and discipline.
