What is your most memorable childhood experience? | On an outdoors trip a couple of my family members went fishing. While the adults were packing the boat and getting everything in order I stumbled upon this box. Being sneaky, because I knew I wasn’t supposed to eat candy this early, I grabbed a handful of what I thought at the time was marshmallows, and shoved them in my mouth. After a couple of seconds of chewing...spit! The adults turned to investigate what happened and starting laughing because it was fish bait all along. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | My mom, because she leads by example. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Respecting others and honesty. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | In a school-wide assembly about a topic I’m sure was important at the time, I was standing with my friends. Throughout the speakers, a couple of jokes were thrown out, my guess: as a way to maintain our attention. One speaker stepped up to give his sermon and in the midst plainly detailed some information. I erupted with laughter. It was genuinely funny to me...and only me. Everyone turned to look at me and even the speaker paused. Then the crowd belted out in unison a thundering chuckle. Just my luck. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Japan, because I watch anime. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | To believe in themselves and explore their individuality. |
