What is your most memorable childhood experience? | I'll always remember exploring the woods with my sister when we were children. We used to play in the stream and climb trees to our heart's content. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I most closely identify with my sister. She has been right there at my side for my whole life so we understand each other very well. She is my favorite person. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire open-mindedness and the ability to see things from points of view other than your own. I find it very refreshing to meet someone who is honest and open about how they feel while also being able to view situations objectively. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Watching my sister and brother-in-law getting super nervous before walking down the aisle was pretty hilarious. They both love each other and were happily getting married but such a big day came with many nerves as well. I was helping them both get ready and I couldn't help but laugh at just how nervous they were, when they are normally extremely calm people. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | I would first start by visiting my family. They live so far away that I don't often see them save for holidays or special occasions. I would spend a great deal of time with them before I went anywhere else in the world. After that, I would pick somewhere tropical and take a nice long vacation somewhere quiet with plenty of sand and ocean. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I hope I'll be able to pass on to my children a strong sense of problem-solving so that they are able to adequately navigate the world as an adult. I want my children to know self-sufficiency so that they are always prepared for the tough times life can bring. |
