Essay Questions

What is your most memorable childhood experience? My most memorable childhood experience is when I was 9 years old meeting up with my early childhood friends for a mission of inventing something extraordinary that would change the world with the resources we had at hand. This was a time in our lives where we believed anything is possible, something that one loses when they grow into adulthood. Unfortunately, we did not succeed, however, we did make a battery powered light switch for a light bulb for my friend's dad's garage.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I closely identify with my dad because he has led a somewhat similar life to me, and we share the same interests. As a highly esteemed manager, he taught me much about the corporate world of upper management. I see myself following his footsteps in the carbon emissions industry.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I admire discipline and focus on a goal that brings value to the world the most. I believe discipline is the number one trait that allows one to achieve greatness. Someone who stops at nothing to achieve a well-defined goal is sure to attract others towards the cause and gain the respect of many coming across the path of the achievement of this goal.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?The funniest thing that ever to happen to me was when I was in middle school. My friend received a text from an unknown number with the message "prepare to be evacuated to the military if you don't share your bank account details with the government" in class. He knew that it was scammers trying to get his information, but the situation was still funny and surreal with the impersonators not giving up and continuing to send him messages.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?If time and money were not an issue, I would travel across the entire world, but would start with the Caribbean. I always associated the Caribbean with adventure, strength, and self-actualization. I find myself daydreaming of sailing between the Caribbean islands every day and wish to do it in real life one day.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?If I had any children, I would like to pass on my knowledge and experience in business and personal finance. I would make sure that they would develop a high-income skill to prosper in the world and learn to enjoy life as much as possible. I would grant them half of my assets in my will.
