What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience was helping my junior high wrestling team take home the championship. It was important for us to win because our school hadn't taken a championship in 8 years and the coach was retiring at the end of the season. I was proud of myself and the team for being able to get him one more championship under his belt before his retirement. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify most closely with my sister. As adults, we've come to appreciate each other's thoughts and opinions. We've made it a habit and commitment to talk often. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire people that are capable, independent, and passionate. Those aren't just traits that I admire in others, but also traits that I seek in myself. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | Just recently, I set up a new security system and I was able to capture a hilarious dog moment. My dogs jumped up on each other and locked arms at the shoulders. It looked like they were slow dancing. |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Without the pressure of time and money, I would love to walk the way of Saint James. I would take the northern path from France through Spain and into Portugal. The walk would take 6 weeks. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like them to be capable, well-reasoned, and I would educate them on nutrition and fitness. I would teach my children self-defense, financial skills, and discipline. |
