Essay Questions

What is your most memorable childhood experience? My most memorable childhood experience was playing travel baseball in the summers when I was 10-12 years old. It was the absolute best traveling around, staying in hotels, and playing baseball with amazing friends. They were the best summers ever and I am still friends with a few of those guys.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I identify most with my mom for sure. She's always been an entrepreneur at heart and that definitely rubbed off on me. She owns retail stores and has her own line of jewelry. She also is the hardest worker and the strongest person I know. I love her.
What character traits do you admire in an individual? There are a lot of character traits that I admire. First and foremost is empathy. I believe a good person has to be interested in other people and care for them when needed. Other traits I look for are positivity, trustworthiness, and confidence.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? This is a tough question. A lot of funny things happened while I was in a fraternity in college. One that comes to mind was we were in charge of a sexual education course during college. Most of it was very educational and good, but I was put in charge of the comedic relief, I guess. The president had me stand up in front of everyone and read some user's comments from some adult videos.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?I would definitely choose a place that I haven't been to. I would have to say the Greek islands. My favorite food is Greek food and it's beautiful there. It's a great combination of beauty and a lot of fun things to do. I have also heard that the people are great.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?I would love to have children someday. There are way too many things to even list here, but the most important thing I want them to learn is that failing is good when you're young because you get that feedback and can then learn from it for next time. Getting out of your comfort zone and trying is one of the most important things for growth. I also will pass on empathy, love, and quiet confidence to them.
