Fairfax Cryobank expands donor selection
to include ~ 100 Cryogenic Laboratories, Inc (CLI ) donors.
Important information you need to know about your CLI donor semen shipments:
Initially, CLI donors will arrive in a shipping box with both Fairfax Cryobank and CLI logos.
Fairfax Cryobank shipments of Fairfax donors will be in new and improved packaging in the near future.
Vial cap colors that indicate prep types are different between CLI and Fairfax Cryobank.
Check the packing slip and Semen identification paperwork to confirm the prep type received.
Please review the paperwork that accompanies the specimen for any special thawing instructions.
Specimen Quality Standards for CLI donors will match those for Fairfax Cryobank donors. Should a vial not meet our standard, the complaint process is identical to the current process.
The CLI and Fairfax Cryobank donors presented on the Fairfax Cryobank website have unique donor numbers so there is no duplication.
All pregnancy tracking will continue to occur by donor number.
