Embryo, Sperm, Oocyte and
Reproductive Tissue Storage

Fairfax Cryobank has been storing reproductive specimens long-term for over 40 years. We are one of the World’s largest Cryobanks and have been transporting frozen specimens to and from physicians’ offices in all 50 states and many foreign countries. We are fully compliant with all FDA regulations governing reproductive tissue banks (21 CFR Part 1271) and you can feel assured your reproductive specimens will be cared for safely.

While CCREI has been providing storage of frozen specimens for many years, we will be discontinuing long-term storage services of cryopreserved oocytes, embryos, and/or sperm. For CCREI patients who currently have frozen specimens in storage, alternative arrangements will need to be made for the continued safe keeping of your embryos, oocytes and/or sperm. To transfer your specimens to Fairfax Cryobank, please select one of the options below and complete the storage paperwork. CCREI will continue to offer short-term storage services and can assist in the transfer of your specimens back to CCREI when needed for a frozen embryo transfer or insemination.
