When you think about your interaction with staff at Fairfax Cryobank, you’ve likely spoken with someone in our client services department. But have you ever wondered about the staff behind the scenes, our laboratory staff, for instance?

Here at Fairfax Cryobank, we have laboratory technicians who analyze, process and freeze both donor and client semen. Some folks might call them andrologists, but I think a better title is “Sperm Specialist”. Our Sperm Specialists have extensive training and must undergo rigorous proficiency evaluations on a regular basis. Our Sperm Specialists take great pride in the work that they do, and in the fact they are helping others achieve their dreams of having a family.
