I work as a Supervisor in Client Services.
I am responsible for assisting our clients, answering questions, and placing orders. I am happy to help whether it is answering initial questions from first time callers or providing more detail about our testing and different vial types.

What is your favorite part of working at Fairfax Cryobank?
It has been very rewarding playing a role to assist our clients with this process. It is always nice to hear success stories! I like to help make the process easy and stress-free for the clients!
How do you spend your free time outside of the office?
Spending time outdoors exploring local trails and parks, spending time with friends and family, and watching shows/movies.
