Meet the Team: Kristina Garcia
Get to know Fairfax Cryobank Manager, Kristina Garcia!
I was born in the Philippines and raised outside of Los Angeles California. Throughout the years, I was blessed with a beautiful daughter, worked full time, and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I started working in fertility with Pacific Reproductive Services in 2008 as Client Services. I strongly believed in customer satisfaction, teamwork, leadership, and organization which helped me become a PRS manager. When Fairfax Cryobank acquired PRS, I continued my role as manager and was a key factor of the integration. Recently, I became Cryobank Manager and promised to uphold my same ethics. Life was full of detours, but with hard work and determination, I was able to accomplish a dream goal!
What inspires you?
Customer satisfaction warms my heart and helps me learn and grow. Also, empowering people who motivate and challenge others to be their better self inspires me.
What’s your favorite part of the day?
There is nothing more amazing than watching a beautiful sunset. The spectacle reminds me of how blessed I am and how I have the opportunity to help others have a beautiful experience.
How long have you been a part of the Fairfax Cryobank team?
Fairfax acquired Pacific Reproductive Service in August 2016. I have been in the industry since August 2008.
What do you find the most rewarding about working at Fairfax Cryobank?
Helping clients achieve their dream of having a child. Also, helping clients bank their sperm for future use especially for cancer patients.
If you could give one piece of advice to clients, what would you say?
Stay positive and don’t give up. We will help you every step of the way.
